RENTAL DURATION
The lease is granted for the duration determined in the contract except conventional extension granted by the renter. In the absence of restitution, at the agreed expiry date, this one reserves the right to take back the vehicle wherever it is, at the expenses of the tenant.
Minimum rental one (1) day (24 hours).
PRICES AND RATES OF CAR RENTAL

LONG TERM RENTAL
Are you looking for a car for a long period (24 months or more) or for a short period (less than 24 months), for professional use or for personal use or both? EDEN EVE CAR offers a wide range to your needs. Please fill in the form of our contact page and receive a reply within the 48H without commitment.
INSURANCE
Our vehicles have full auto insurance with a deductible Franchise. The excess depends on the type of vehicle. Coverage includes liability, passengers, fire and vehicle theft. Therefore, other incidents, which are not mentioned above, are the responsibility of the customer and should be payable before leaving, or must be deducted from the credit card. Leased vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. The damage of the vehicle is covered by the insurance only if the accident report is produced within 24 hours.
Note : Our insurance does not include :
• Tire damage.
• Theft of personal belongings items left inside the vehicle Otherwise any damage if (responsible) will be charged to the customer and must be paid upon return of the vehicle.
FUEL
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel contained in the tank at the beginning of the car rental.
Return with full refill tank just before the return of the vehicle, at a gas station near the airport or agency. We also advise you to keep the receipt of the latter full.
RISK ASSURANCE
The renter can take out all risks insurance (repurchase of franchise) at the rate of 5 Euro per day for Economy cars and 10 Euro for Sedans.
In the event of an accident the renter will have to pay 500 €. The rest of the Expenses will be paid by the insurance. However this does not cover the damages inflicted to the underbody of the vehicle, the wheels, or the tires. Similarly you will not be covered in case of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Franchise purchase (not mandatory) covers all damages that may occur to the rented vehicle. Thus are covered, accidents, damage to the roof of the vehicle, to are chassis and tires. It also covers broken windows and vehicle theft.
N.B : The driver remains responsible for the vehicle on the road (including parking). The renter must never leave the unlocked vehicle with keys and car documents inside the vehicle in order to avoid becoming a victim of negligent car theft, which are not covered by the full auto insurance and in this case, the renter would be financially liable for 10% Franchise of a stolen vehicle value. The use of vehicles (except 4x4) in the off road is prohibited. The damage in this case remains the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY AND RECEPTION OF CARS
To pick up your vehicle, you should meet our agent who delivers your car hand to hand.
You agree to return the vehicle to EDEN & EVE CAR provided for in the rental agreement.
Documents to be presented upon receiving of the Vehicle: Your valid ID (passport) and the original driving license.
Any vehicle cannot leave Morocco without the authorization of our head office EDEN & EVE CAR.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
EDEN & EVE CAR accepts all major credit cards listed below with the extra fees charge of the bank.
MASTER CARD, VISA CARD, GOLD, DISCOVER.
Checks are not accepted at the beginning of the rental. However, they can be used to pay the overruns or charges at the end of the lease. You can pay your rental Car in cash. EDEN & EVE CAR does not accept Traveler Checks as they are no more used in Morocco.

INFORMATION OF FLIGHT COORDINATES
If you will collect your rented vehicle at the airport, it is essential that you provide EDEN EVE CAR flight details and the correct arrival time and your full names, this can be done by phone or email when confirming your booking.
