• Do not forget to prepare your documents in advance, in order to save more time during customs procedures, but also at the time of recovery of your rental vehicle afterwards.
• To facilitate your passage through the airport check points, limit your cabin baggage to a minimum.
• Remember to adjust the time in the same time zone as Greenwich (GMT).
• Try to buy a phone chip (telephone operators are present at airports and train stations in the kingdom).
• In case of need of a WIFI connection, the kingdom's airports offer this service, at rates adapted to your connection time.
• If you have a car reservation, go directly to the car park of the renters to pick up your rental car.
• Go to the airport assistance desk if you need specific information.

As soon as you arrive at the airport, you must go directly to the airport car park where your vehicle is parked.
Our agent will wait for you on the spot, in order to carry out the inventory of the vehicle, to provide you with the documents of this last one, as well as the contract to be signed.
The parking fees are free for the first hour, starting from your reserved departure time. Beyond an hour, additional parking fees are your responsibility.

At the end of your rental car, you must drop off the vehicle at the parking lot, at the airport.
Our representative will be available on site, to pick up the vehicle and provide you with the closing documents of your lease.

From your car rental, a deposit will be required to cover the vehicle, in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of rental.
The accepted means of guarantee are: only by credit card.

You have the option to return the vehicle to a different city, than the departure, by indicating it at the time of booking, or by contacting our reservation department at least 24 hours before the end of your rental period.

It is possible to transfer your vehicle reservation on behalf of another person. For this, you must contact the booking service before the start of your rental period.
N.B : the transfer of the lease is no longer possible once the lease is made.

The car rental contract allows you to drive with the vehicle in the Moroccan territory, only on the roads.
Any breakdown, or damage to the rental vehicle, due to improper use or conduct on the track, entails the entire responsibility of the driver.

In order to extend your rental car reservation, you can contact our booking service, at least 24 hours before the end of your rental period.
The extension of your rental is conditioned by the availability of vehicles, on the desired dates.
